On 17 January 2013, Clearwinds lodged an appeal against the decision of West Devon District Council to refuse planning permission for the Waytown wind turbine. The period of submissions to the planning inspectorate for the Waytown project appeal closed on 21 March 2013. The Inspector will now consider all the information received in relation to the co-operative wind turbine project. The appeal documents can be found here.
